A Bit of Background

 Tostopmassshootings.org exists for one reason only: to advocate for a comprehensive national approach to the problem of mass murder in the United States. The complex problems our nation has faced, such as going to the moon, winning WWII, cleaning up Boston Harbor, creating the Panama Canal, required leadership and teams of dedicated, talented individuals and organizations that worked on all of the components of these enormous projects. We need that same comprehensive vision and strategy today to save lives from mass killers.    We, as physicians, have organized to urge our leaders, media and fellow citizens to adopt this way of thinking.
